This policy explains how Shanghai Shengdu International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (“Shengdu Travel”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, travel dates, number of travellers and anything you write in the message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if present, campaign parameters in the link you used to reach us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, plan and quote your trip, and — if you book — to make reservations and look after you during your journey.

Sharing

If you book, we share the necessary details (for example names and passport details) with the hotels, guides, drivers, railway and other suppliers that deliver your trip. We do not sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used. These tools set cookies; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can help you with future trips, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Booking records are kept as required by Chinese law.
