Why a travel agency?

During the big Shanghai fairs, hotels near the venues fill up, taxi queues stretch for an hour and plans change by the hour. Booking early through a local agency avoids most of that.

Which Shanghai exhibition venues do you cover?
All of them — mainly the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Hongqiao, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong, and the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. See our trade fair visitor guide.
Can you get fair tickets or badges?
Fair registration is done by each visitor with the organiser, usually online and often free for trade visitors. We tell you where to register and plan everything around it.
Can your guides interpret in business meetings?
Yes, for general business conversation, stand visits and dinners. For technical negotiations or legal documents we recommend a specialist interpreter, which we can help you book.
Do you arrange sourcing or quality inspections?
No. We are a travel agency: we handle travel, transport, hotels and interpreting. We do not act as a sourcing agent or inspector.
