Terms & conditions

These terms apply to travel arrangements made with Shanghai Shengdu International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (“Shengdu Travel”, “we”). Your written quotation and booking confirmation set out the details of your trip and take priority over these general terms.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are “from” prices per person for guidance only. Your trip is priced individually in a written quote, which is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change before confirmation if supplier prices or exchange rates change.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when you accept our written quote and we receive the deposit stated on it. The balance is due by the date in your quote. We confirm all bookings to you in writing.

Changes and cancellations

If you change or cancel your trip, the charges set out in your quote apply, which reflect costs we cannot recover from hotels, railways and other suppliers. If we must change an essential part of your trip, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund for the affected service.

Travel documents and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visa required for your nationality. We are happy to share current entry information, but the final decision rests with the immigration authorities. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Our responsibility

We select suppliers carefully and are responsible for arranging the services in your confirmation. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes or government action.
